Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us at Richard Shop LLC. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Return Period – Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Item Condition – Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items – Clearance, sale, and custom/personalized products are not eligible for return.

• Refunds – Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Exchanges – We only replace defective or damaged products.
